5 /5 Melissa Holko: Carrie and Steve were nothing short of extraordinary! For five YEARS , my engagement ring has been too big. Despite my efforts to find a trustworthy jeweler for resizing, I had yet to discover one who could accommodate a same-day turnaround, would do the service in-house, who was friendly on the phone and whom I had faith in. My dad suggested I visit Valle Jewelers while I was in town, and I couldnt be more grateful that I did. From our very first phone call, where I inquired about the possibility of a same-day sizing, to the moment I walked out the door with my engagement ring fitting perfectly, the entire experience was delightful. On the phone, Carrie worked with me to put together a plan that would work with my schedule and theirs for the best luck of a same-day sizing. In the store, the team radiated warmth and hospitality, making me feel right at home. I had complete confidence that they would take exceptional care of my ring and provide a fair price for their services. Even though I live in North Carolina, I will undoubtedly turn to Valle for all my future jewelry needs. Their professionalism and genuine care immediately won me over!

1 /5 Lisa Stanley: Absolutely the worst Jeweler I have ever been too. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I went in to have a few minor things done ( a clasp on a bracelet and I needed a stone put back in a ring) I was quoted an outrageous price for the ring and then the bracelet which just needed a new toggle was also a major ordeal. He said he could tighten the clasp and when the bracelet was brought back out to me it was exactly the same as when I gave it to him. When I express that I was told very rudely I have too much attitude. Needless to say it was a very bad experience and I would highly recommend going else where unless you want to be racked through the coals. I am in customer service and can’t imagine acting that way towards my clients. Total nightmare

Blown away by the quality of all the pieces we got. All the people here are amazing to work with. They treated us with great kindness and respect every aspect of the way. I highly recommend them for any jewelry purchase

They truly make you feel so welcome, and can help you find something in your budget. We will always go to Valle!

5 /5 Maggie Schultz: I love this jewelery store. The customer service is impeccable. I recently moved out of state and was back in the area for vacation when I realized my engagement ring was missing a small diamond in the band. I showed them the issue and they fixed my ring the same day even with the store full of customers for Valentines Day. The prices are extremely reasonable too. I dont trust any other jeweler. I highly recommend this store.
