The standout experience, by far, was at Brilliant Earth in Roosevelt Field Mall, thanks to Michelle Wong. From the moment I walked in, Michelle’s warm welcome and genuine interest in helping me were apparent. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed – not just the style, but also the crucial timing for our vacation. Her deep knowledge and expert advice were key in helping me find the one. The ring is absolutely perfect, and my fiancée loves it! Michelle made the whole process easy and stress-free, asking the right questions and providing patient support. For anyone looking for an engagement ring, I cant recommend Michelle Wong and Brilliant Earth enough. Her customer service was truly second to none, and were so grateful. We look forward to working with her again for our wedding bands!

Professional studio and teachers and great vibes. The rings came out looking perfect and we were able to take them home same day.
