5 /5 Elizabeth Deery: When we initially began the process of looking for rings, I was interested in checking out Manns Jewelers. Nevertheless, due to scheduling they ended up being the 7th jeweler we visited - and lucky number 7 it was! From the beginning our experience was different - it was personable, not pushy and Bonnie spent more than an hour with us the first day, even though we had told her we werent going to purchase that day. We viewed and I tried on dozens of rings, and in the end made the decision to customize an already beautiful Gabriel & Co. piece - though we did not purchase that day we were back just a few days later to finalize. Throughout the process Bonnie sought to educate us on what we were purchasing and to make us clients, not simply another number in and out - both of which are more than I can say for a few other places we visited. We definitely recommend Manns Jewelers - we went in for a purchase but came out with a jeweler and we look forward to working with them in the future!

Once I did, she worked closely with the vendor to expedite the order, and it arrived in just 3 weeks.
