5 /5 Danielle Zaput: Great experience all around! My diamond had fallen out of my engagement ring (scary!). Met with Rich initially to fix my bent prong, but ultimately decided to have the ring re-set, keeping the original band but getting new prongs. My ring was ready earlier than expected and I love it! Will definitely come back for any jewelry repairs! My only regret is not having my ring designed here in the first place!

I had my husband’s wedding band Rhodium dipped and his band looks brand new. I had my engagement ring checked and found out I had a prong missing and my other prongs had to be replaced Rich did a beautiful job!! I wanted to upgrade my wedding band and Liliana had a great idea to use my original wedding band diamonds and just add to that in a new ring which is being made now. I really appreciate there honesty and the beautiful work that they do and I would recommend them to anybody.
