Their customer service was outstanding and professional as usual , and they are incredibly helpful. I’m very particular when it comes to jewelry, and they took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Aj’s has quickly become my go-to spot. The quality of their stones is excellent, and the craftsmanship truly stands out. 5 /5 Jody: I don’t normally write reviews, but my recent experience with AJ’s Jewelry was so excellent, I felt compelled to share. I had 2 rings- one a family heirloom - an intricate art deco diamond cocktail ring, and the other, a pave diamond platinum band, both in need of major repair. They assessed the damage, gave me expert advice, and the results were outstanding! They recreated the band (which kept breaking and losing diamonds) into a stronger and more beautiful piece, and replaced 2 shattered diamonds in the deco ring. Both look better than ever! The owner took a personal interest, the staff is knowledgeable and courteous, and the prices were reasonable. This is a lovely, established local business that I am so glad I found! I highly recommend AJ’s Jewelry for any jewelry needs. They have a beautiful selection that of items in the store, and exceptional repair services.

1 /5 Sofiia Smetanko: Don’t trust this place with anything important. They clearly don’t respect their customers. This place is a real shabby shalloon of a jewelry shop. I brought in my engagement ring for a very simple fix—just setting a pearl between the leaves. They managed to completely ruin it. The pearl was installed crooked, totally off-center, and they used so much glue that it’s clearly visible. The whole thing looks messy, like they didn’t care at all. It’s not just bad work—it’s disrespectful. When I pointed it out, they told me it was meant to look like that. As if I don’t know what the ring is supposed to be. They treated me like I was stupid instead of fixing their mistake.

5 /5 Mallory Woods: What a neighborhood gem! Dropped off a ring for resizing and a chain for repair and both were finished quickly and beautifully. They also have a great selection of vintage rings and let me try on as many as I wanted (basically all of them). Great service, will be back soon.
