They guided him with their expertise while making him feel as if he landed on the choice on his own. While changing the battery in my watch they discovered the battery corroded. While cleaning the inside prior to replacing the battery I was provided with recommendations on how to prevent that from happening with my watches. He worked with me to design a completely new ring using the stones I had set in white gold. We went back and forth a bit to get things just right. Once I settled on the perfect design he got to work.
