CJ This is our first time working with Hilltown Jewelers and the experience was pleasantly effortless. They ensured we were involved in the design process we were provided multiple CAD renderings and eagerly answered any questions we had. Production begun once we gave approval of the final design and was delivered a beautiful and unique piece within a given deadline. They are reliable, resourceful and ensure you do not feel rushed. Raven Malfetano Papas Gold City is family! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Papas for almost 10 years! Their service is 10/10! If you want it they have it, and if they don’t have it- they can make it! Chris, Michelle, Zo, Christina, and the whole gang are true professionals. I will be getting jewelry from them for years to come!

Christina Broecker Mills is amazing. They created a custom engagement & wedding band for us. I’ve also had them repair older jewelry. Adding lost diamond chips & fixing prongs. They are reasonable & pay close attention to detail. I worked with Brian on my custom set. He was patient with my million ideas. End result is beautiful & we couldn’t be happier. We were even invited to watch the engagement ring be assembled in the store. Turn around, customer service and quality are fantastic. I recommend mills to anyone looking. Superior quality to chain jewelers. Don’t cut corners with something as important as your diamond(s).

Chrissa Diakopoulos My fiance got me this ring by Jacob, his service was amazing and very reasonable. Made up feel very comfortable and was not pushy compared to other people. He is really one of the best and has such a great selection.

Lynn Grant 12/10/2020 After a few emails back and forth with Alexandra, we made a house call appointment with Mark Lawson to look at some items we were interested in selling, one of which was a large painting we did not want to transport. Before the appointment we received a detailed email as to what to expect at our appointment. Mark arrived on time and was very cordial and knowledgeable. He offered us fair market value for some gold jewelry we no longer wear, and he will be attempting to sell two items at auction. Our experience so far has been particularly good. 5/17/2021 Im happy to report our two items sold at auction and we received our settlement check. I would definitely do business Mark Lawson Antiques again.

Bad Froot Skyler is 150% the person to go to when shopping for anything here. Between her patience, expertise, and overall respect for her clients, she makes this a smooth and painless experience. Before Skyler, we had a not so great experience but she was able to rework and morph the experience into a 10/10 experience. She salvaged some really special moments without much time to plan. Corwin’s, make sure you hold onto this person!!! She is the anchor of your shop, NO DOUBT!!!

Andrew Appel Eight years ago we went to sk the store to make a copy of my husband’s father’s wedding ring. This was early in the days of same gender marriage and we were often fearful that our reception might be cold. In fact, they were all celebratory, loving and efficient. For various reasons we will be returning soon.

Raquel Burgos Figgy is a one of a kind store. You find so many unique, cute, fun items you can’t find anywhere else. I recently did a Mother & Daughter event there and it was such an experience! We made custom rings! The girls hosting the event were so welcoming, fun and knowledgeable! We also had a mini photo shoot that was so amazing the photographer was so genuine and caring made the experience so special. There is no store like it in Rochester NY ! You have to stop by you won’t be disappointed! My favorite shop in ROC !

Kim Gonzales I cant say enough wonderful things about my experience at West Main Jewelers. I came in feeling embarrassed and a little nervous. I had a ring stuck on my finger for over 20 years,.and it was time to have it cut off. Matt was so kind, understanding and professional. He made me feel completely at ease, handled everything gently and with care, and to my surprise,.there was no charge. I left not only relieved, but genuinely grateful. Later, I returned with that same ring to have it transformed into a custom necklace for myself, that I would someday hand down to my granddaughter. The diamond holds so much sentimental value, and Matt treated it with the respect and craftsmanship it deserved. The result was stunning! Something truly special that can now be passed down. I am deeply thankful for the professionalism, kindness and expertise I received both times. Its rare to find a place that combines skill with such genuine compassion.
