David was patient, and provided a low pressure and comforting environment throughout the process. He helped us turn our idea into reality. He was communicative by providing updates and asking for feedback about the ring while it was being created. I cannot recommend R&R and David enough! We look forward to working with them again!

5 /5 Destini Amirah: CUSTOMER SERVICE: If I could give a MILLION STARS, I would! Remi is such a sweetheart and I absolutely adore him and his wife (my fiancé and I also met one of his sons.) Everyone was so sweet and accommodating to my two toddler sons. At one point, when one of my sons got scared of the steamer noise, Remi- personally went eye level to my son to show him how the steamer worked; so my son would stop being scared. As a mama-bear, that’s A++ customer service!!! I adore the fact that this is a family-owned business and that they’re very intimate and personal with their clients. May the Good Lord Bless them eternally!! ENGAGEMENT RING: (I’ll make this a two part review). When I previously went engagement ring shopping, I was told that I was a size 6, when Remi sized me, I was a size 4.75. (Love that they do quarter sizes!!!) I also showed him a ring that I would’ve bought on James Allen (not knowing anything about rings at all), and Remi explained in great detail why I would’ve made a poor choice- based off of the preferences I told him. For example, the ring that I would’ve bought from J.A. was single prong- meaning there was a high likelihood that the ring would’ve fallen out (which was exactly what the J.A. reviews said happened to their engagement rings. No girl wants that!) I’ll post a part two with my wedding bands. But here’s the pics of my ring- in natural lightning and direct sunlight. Remi gave me exactly what I asked for: a dainty, yet elegant ring that wasn’t over the top LOUD, but not plain either. Remi truly is the jewelry Dr. and for now on, I’ll recommend that everyone goes to R&R Jewelers. Edit: I’m unable to add another review so I’ll add my update. After a month of use: my ring is beautifully made, practical, and simply elegant. I say practical because when my toddler son brushes his face across my hand/ring, he never gets scratched. Again, A++ for a mamabear. I get so many compliments on it. It really captures the relationship between me and my husband- one where he treats me like a queen and I treat him like a king.

I found David after visiting several other jewelers around the diamond district, and found him to be honest, patient, thoughtful, and considerate of what I wanted/believed would be best for an engagement ring. We went through multiple iterations of the renders until the ring was perfect, and it took roughly 3 weeks from start until I had the ring in my possession. We’ve gotten nothing but compliments about the ring and will definitely be back to R&R in the future!

Thankfully, Lisa guided me through every step, from choosing between natural and lab-grown diamonds to understanding cut quality and picking the perfect ring style. She helped me make decisions I would have never been able to make on my own. My wife absolutely loved the ring! I would’ve loved to say it was because I have great taste and knowledge in all things diamonds, but truly, all credit goes to Lisa. So thank you again for making the whole experience so seamless and most importantly, stress-free!
