I came back an hour later to what looked like a brand new ring that fit perfect, for half the price I expected before I walked in. Nothing but straight up, courteous, and reasonable.

Erika Bronk I brought my ring (engagement, wedding and anniversary bands soldered together) to Micheal. After 20+ years my style had changed a bit and the ring itself was too large and heavy (platinum) for me to comfortably wear. He worked with me to design a completely new ring using the stones I had set in white gold. We went back and forth a bit to get things just right. Once I settled on the perfect design he got to work. Communication was amazing throughout. When I went to pick up my ring I was more than pleased with the final result. It exceeded my expectations and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you!!
