michael I brought some broken family jewelry in to see if Paul could use to create a ring for my husband. He immediately drew up a rough sketch of his idea and had a rendering over to me in less than a day. His idea to inlay my broken rings into a new ring was genius and it couldn’t have turned out better. The turn around time wasn’t very long and the ring when done was more beautiful and perfect than I could have ever expected. This is the second custom ring I’ve had Paul Custom Jewelry create and they have not disappointed! Highly recommend!

Every step of the way was pure joy-- establishing the vision, getting measured and styling discussions for different occasions. Sergio is a true artist and his team is amazing. They went above and beyond. I also got another dress repaired while I was there and couldnt be happier with the result. World class craftsmanship. You can feel the care.
