Kayla Sanchez I recently visited gorjana to shop for some jewelry, and I had a mixed experience. Nancy, one of the saleswomen, was incredibly nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, the other employees were quite rude and didnt even smile when we walked in. Nancy was even asking for their help, and they werent helping her at all. It was disappointing to see such a contrast in customer service. Nancys kindness stood out, but the overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.

Every step of the way was pure joy-- establishing the vision, getting measured and styling discussions for different occasions. Sergio is a true artist and his team is amazing. They went above and beyond. I also got another dress repaired while I was there and couldnt be happier with the result. World class craftsmanship. You can feel the care. This is a must-visit place during your visits to Catskill if you enjoy beautiful interiors or like to pretend your life is a movie.
