I returned on 6/1 to do a trade in on a ring I purchased at Zales approx 18 years ago and she went to great lengths to get the authorization from her leaders. She is patient, knowledgeable and has a great personality. She excels at hospitality and is truly an asset to Zales.

5 /5 LIP: Me and my fiancée were looking for our perfect wedding bands . We have gone to so many jewelry stores and the service and a the quality of wedding bands was not breathtaking and right . We came to Zales and we were greeted by Rahy and she made our experience so special. She was so professional , sweet caring and made us feel so comfortable. You can tell she cares and she went above and beyond . We ended up getting our perfect wedding bands . I have no words but to say thank you . I’m so happy to have meet someone like Rahy .
