I finally decided to get them fixed up, and Ralph was super helpful. He resized the watches, shined everything beautifully, and was honest about what was worth fixing. Now I get to actually wear my grandmother’s pieces, which feels so special.

My ring was bent, nearly a square and he restored it and looks NEW! My bracelet was cracked and now I can wear it again after 7 years. He is fast with his service!! Thank you again!!

The jeweler was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything worked like new. The service was quick, reasonably priced, and the quality of work was outstanding. 5 /5 Michael Teixeira: Ralph is an absolute pleasure to work with. Very kind, very diligent, and a true professional. Highly recommend him for any of your watch servicing needs. I brought in my PAM00960 (Panerai Carbotech) in for servicing as it was running out of wack. Ralph was able to get the watch running in fantastic health, not only smoothly, but quicker than what you’d get if you sent it into an authorized dealer. Ralph provides great prices as well! I’ve attached photos of the before and after. The timegraph is able to detect whether a watch is running ahead or behind. Prior to service the watch was running ~35 seconds ahead. After bringing the watch to Ralph he was able to bring that all the way down!
