From the start I knew I was looking for a white glove experience as well as a reputable and honest jeweler to find a natural diamond for my dream engagement ring. We found all of that with Her Rock. I wanted to be lightly involved in the process but still be surprised by the engagement ring. My Fiancee had a wonderful experience and came home with all of these interesting nuggets of information about diamonds. The natural diamonds to choose from were sourced from NYC and brought to Saratoga for my Fiancee to choose from. The experience was educational and personalized based on our needs. At the end of the day, I have so many wonderful things to say about Her Rock. I recommend them to everyone that asks about my ring. Katelyn Feister Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I came in originally to do the 6 month cleaning and check up on my wedding ring. We had questions regarding trading in my ring to upgrade it. She took the time to show me different options for rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered mine and my husbands questions about different products. She was especially patient with my toddler who was non stop.
