Melissa Rogan Absolutely outstanding service! I brought in my tennis bracelet, and Kiro worked his magic—polishing and refinishing the gold to make it look even better than new. Since the bracelet was too large, he removed two diamonds and transformed them into stunning stud earrings! The attention to detail and craftsmanship were impeccable and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. Thanks to this exceptional experience, Kiro is now my go-to jeweler! They ensured we were involved in the design process we were provided multiple CAD renderings and eagerly answered any questions we had. I brought in jewelry to have an estimate on its worth. I was able to sell my jewelry at cost and it was easy and quick. I found everything to be efficient and friendly.

Alexandra Arizmendi This has been thus far the most outrageous customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never written down a review but this experience was so horrible I had to let my fellow pandora lovers know. First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said “someone else will help you”. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me “which one are you going to buy?” but with such an attitude. I had decided to simply walk out because I did not want to shop in a hostile environment like this. Pandora needs to double check on its employees. I will never come back to this location.

Dj Bever Charlie and I ( Fayetteville) have been working on custom designs for myself. Charlie is personable, professional, knowledgeable and great fun to work with. He adds ideas that only a great jeweler would know. Why go anywhere else? Skaneateles Jewelry has it all!
