Gregory Dias I was referred to Drue by my fiances father, who had shopped at Drue Sanders for many years while living in Albany. I had a pendant from her mother that I wanted to repurpose the stones from, and I figured the only place to go was Drue Sanders, where the pendant was originally designed. I started my conversation with the jewelry shop via telephone, speaking with Shauna who listened to my questions and ideas and then started a file for me. Then I had an in person consultation with Drue at the store. She took my loose ideas on how to repurpose the stones from the original pendant and sketched several options. I wanted the new pendant to be similar in its design aspects to my fiances engagement ring, and Drue was able to capture those elements perfectly into the new piece. As we iterated on the design, we arrived at the perfect piece. After I left the store, Drue kept me up to date on the progress of the piece via email, and notified me when she had put it in the mail. I presented the piece to my fiance on a vacation trip and she loved it; She felt that it was a perfect match to her ring. I had the piece designed for our wedding day, but I know that this piece will become a staple in her jewelry collection for the rest of time. MaryKate Baldwin Im a little late on this review. Back in November my fiance (boyfriend at the time) came to visit me. We havent seen each other for almost 8 months due to the pandemic and needed a well deserved vacation. He surprised me by proposing and had this whole plan worked out how we get the ring sized and have it shipped off to get it 5-6 weeks later. My parents had come to this place a few years back and had a ring sized here. I didnt know how long the wait time was so we dropped it off expecting at least a week. He didnt know our situation or anything. But still got it done extreme promptly. Taking less than 2 days to get my ring back.. that my fiance was than actually able to slip it on my finger and ask me again to marry him. Extreme friendly, relatable and great prices for wonderful craftsmanship. He even was able to place where my fiance was from in Nova Scotia because hes gone before. Thank you!

Jennifer Goldwasser I recently brought a necklace to this small jewelry store, to be replicated.  The place had been highly recommended to me as an alternative to going to the jewelry district.  There was a bit of a mix-up with the item at first, but ultimately, the necklace was reproduced perfectly.  During this whole process, I found Robert and his sister to be professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and honest.  They are good communicators.  I would absolutely use them again in the future, because finding a small business with this kind of integrity and customer service is so unusual, and because the quality of the work was excellent.  Their pricing was very fair.  This is a family business, and while I never had the pleasure of meeting Roberts mother, who founded the business, I can tell that she raised her kids right, and is smiling somewhere in the universe to see them carrying on her legacy so ably and so admirably.  Great work, great ethics--so important when you are trusting someone with your valuable (and sentimentally valuable) jewelry!

Trinity Redden Krista is so incredibly knowledgeable and easy to be around. The space itself is newly renovated and so comfortable and clean. I can’t stress the importance of cleanliness and knowledge in this type of business and she delivered in all areas! As a pregnant woman, she was able to guide me in services that were safe for me and baby while still getting to be pampered and get the self care I was looking for.
