Then the BIG question was who do I contact that will give me a fair price and not want me to ship my coins to them for an appraisal . I came across ( Buy Your Coins ) on Facebook and sent Mike Kaufman a message . He agreed to drive to Rochester to meet me and appraise my coins over dinner . It was so satisfying to talk to Mike as he has a passion for coins like I have and we talked coins over dinner for 2-hours . Mike made me an offer on all the coins I brought after explaining what he thought the value of each coin was . I was VERY satisfied with his offer as I know Blue - Gray sheet & retail on all my coins . A week later after my call Mike bought another of my coins at my asking price ! I will be going to Mike to liquidate more of my Morgans over the next few years and respect & admire him both as a Dealer and now a Friend .
