1 /5 Elmira Cheremisova: Very poor customer service I purchased a piece of jewelry using the coupon sent me by the GF store. The website accepted the coupon and transaction went through. I did an actual purchase, not the “attempt”. My order was cancelled without any notification and money was paid. Nobody contacted me about refund until I contacted the store. I’ve been a regular customer but will never purchase from them again. You call your own store coupon a fraud attempt now? You send me a discount coupon and now publicly accusing me in fraud attempt? SHAME.

I came in with some old gold jewelry for a trade-in and was pleasantly surprised by how fair and generous the value they offered was — it made my final purchase incredibly affordable. Alyona, the sales associate who helped me, was absolutely amazing - patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. Another beautiful lady also assisted me and was just as pleasant and professional. The whole team was welcoming and attentive. The jewelry is of excellent quality, and I’m beyond happy with both the product and the service. I will definitely be coming back again. Sporting this exquisite Russian jewelry made her look like a princess. I was a bit hesitant at first as it did not come cheap and I felt that I could buy a similar pair in India for a fraction of the money I was shelling out. I have no complaints now though as the price completely justified it’s amazing quality. Thank You Golden Flamingo for showing me the best way to shower my love for the little girl.
