Kelcey C My boyfriend and I dropped in, looking to see if they had star sapphires available. We were interested in getting an engagement ring. The staff had one available, but it didnt suit me. Jon spoke with us and let us know they make custom jewelry. We decided to give it a try. I sent in some photo ideas of what I wanted. Jon put a rough design in front of us based on what I sent. They have special software that can render a ring on a screen. It gave us a good idea of what we wanted. We sat with Jon making adjustments until we were happy with what we had. Jon then had a 3d print of the ring made. He brought in samples of different star sapphires for us to look at and with the 3d print, we could see it come together. Once we finalized the details we had the ring made. I was extremely happy with the result. I feel that I have such a unique and special ring. The fact that Jon was able to take our ideas and make such a beautiful piece of jewelry made us so happy. The staff was all so sweet and helpful. I cant say enough good things about this store. We plan on purchasing another ring for my boyfriend. I also want to get some other pieces for myself. They have such a wonderful selection. Cant wait to go back!

H Souter I came here to have my ring resized. Not only did he resized it perfectly but he also had it done, polished, and cleaned by the very next day for a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Laney Woolf I would highly recommend purchasing from here! Everyone in the store is very helpful and super friendly. Doug helped my husband and I create my engagement ring FROM SCRATCH and it turned out better than I ever could have imagined. I went in looking for a specific ring I tried on years ago while in college (Stella by Devotion... shes beautiful and I would definitely recommend checking her out). I was unsure if I was still into that design, or not. Doug had the ring shipped in from another store, so I could compare it to others in order to get a feel for what I wanted. I tried on ever ring I could, some numerous times. I tried on different cuts and different sized diamonds... Back and forth... this, then that. Doug was so patient and so knowledgeable that I dont think I would have trusted anyone else to create my ring. I found that I had grown out of my Stella phase and my husband and I really liked the marquise diamond. We brought a picture in from the internet and after MANY weeks of drawing and reviewing, we finally said "ok". We were super impressed with how quickly everything was done. It seemed we were always getting the phone call ahead of schedule to move on to the next step of the process. Next thing you know, the ring was completed and I am still, to this day, absolutely blown away at how beautiful it is. I will never regret going through this experience with the Perriwinkles team. It started out as a weekly visit during the "shopping" processes and now its turned into a weekly visit simply to say hi and get my ring cleaned. Lol Doug definitely was as superstar and the rest of the staff we amazing, as well. They deserve many more than five stars. Thanks for listening. I had been planning to get my white gold jewelry cleaned, and they kindly did it for free even though the piece wasn’t originally from their store! Alberto didn’t hesitate to help, and Lisa was so friendly, offering helpful advice and introducing me to some of their beautiful pieces. It was a quick interaction, but truly worthwhile. I’ll definitely be coming back to look for something special and to support their business. Wishing the business more success!
