3 /5 Debra Gawarecki: My experience was an odd one. I went to pick up a repair. He did an excellent job repairing it but the customer service person was odd. She yells out on no! I asked if she lost my jewelry. She put her hands behind her back says I lost them! After the game was over she finally gave them to me as I’m walking out the door she yells out you didn’t pay! I turn around and I said I paid in full! She looks at the receipt and she points to it. Then she said Oh yes, you did pay. Very odd experience.

1 /5 Massimo Caradonna: Went there this morning as gold prices at over $3350 and Oz with 47 grams of both 14k and 18k items to sell. Expecting to get between $2000 and $2500 i was offered 1200 nearly half the current value . Obv i declined and went to a more reputable gold buyer (Marinelli in eastport) they had thier prices clearly listed and offered me exactly what it was worth and I ended up buying a $10,00 watc. I do believe that because this place is located in one of the least affluent areas on long island he assumed I was desperate and would take his greedy offer . My advice shop around, do the research, and know the value of what u have. Shame on you a smooth transaction cost you a customer large sale ( perhaps but we didnt even get that far ) Edit :: I might add he did state that they buy by the piece and if it were by weight his offer would have been even less

5 /5 Stephani Valenzuela: Enrico and Viola both helped me so much. I have trouble envisioning things and they picked up on my style and priorities nearly immediately. I had so much fun working with them, to upgrade the center stone of my engagement ring and add little touches like a hidden halo and diamonds on the prongs. I couldn’t be more in love with my upgraded engagement ring and the experience shared with Enricos jewelry. Trustworthy, affordable, and friendly.
