5 /5 Tracy Curtin: This has to be the best jeweler in the WNY area. They do everything and have everything. Their customer service is amazing. They make every customer feel like family. And it doesn’t matter if you’re spending $100 or &10,000 . Angel is amazing but really everyone is there is so special. I don’t know who owns this store but big kudos to you! I hope you treat your team as good as they treat your customers.

5 /5 Tiffy F: 4 years in business now with Brian Michaels when hubby got me this beauty. Went in to have my ring cleaned, but was informed that I had a bracket loose around a few diamonds. They took my ring for repair immediately. I was only without my ring for about a weeks time. Thankful for the premier package. Staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
