Derek Gardella Rafi is a great guy and great jeweler!!!! My father introduced me to Rafi, since my fathers purchases of jewelry through Top Custom Jewelwers Inc has always been great I thought I would try it for my engagement ring. I recently just bought my engagement ring through him and the experience was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond of what I could have expected. Rafi made finding the diamond and setting easy through his extensive research. This is the best jeweler around! He was concise, truthful, and up front on what he will be able to offer. Rafi didnt jerk you around or lie but laid all cards out on the table for his customers. He was even so good to have the diamond shipped over from Europe to get the best price for me. This ring was customized from top to bottom and Rafi came through!! This was my Fiances dream ring and Rafi made it into reality. Im so fortunate to have met Rafi and made him apart of the process that change my life. I cant wait to make the next purchase through him because I know it will be nothing but the best. They ensured we were involved in the design process we were provided multiple CAD renderings and eagerly answered any questions we had. David Johnson Wonderful!! shopping experience. I stopped in the store Sunday morning 5/4 to get my Tag watch sized. Great customer service from Theresa & can’t remember other salespersons name. It is wonderful to walk into a place and the associates really have passion to what they sell. Really spoke about the Mother’s Day promos , financing & just genuine helpful. It is hard to find dedicated employees, as these two were. Please be sure to recognize these two ladies on a job well done! I will definitely be back.

Jules Rose I came here to get a gift for my boss , and I have to say , they did not treat me any different than their " regulars " . Now reason I say this is because , its Coach , its a high end store , so most stores like this expect a very type of customer to shop there , and for me I was just wearing my casual clothes and I did not look like I had a ton to spend , but this did not alter the way I was treated ! I got exactly what I was looking for at the budget I was looking for , and the staff was super sweet in the process! They also recommended taking photos in the bag , and sending to my boyfriend . Overall great experience , compared to other high end stores , they made me feel very comfortable. Thank you coach team !

Jenny Chan Gorgeous selection of sweaters and other goods for loved one of all ages. Shop owner was very friendly and helpful. Got caught off guard by a chilly day and needed a sweater. The sweaters are great quality, and Ive already gotten multiple compliments on it.
