1 /5 Alexandria Bradley: While my young daughter and I were looking at the charms in the front the elderly lady in the front immediately stood behind us. Mind you I’m carrying my own coach bag. I saw her in the reflection staring us down when I told my daughter let’s go. She didn’t approach anyone else but us. Extremely disgusting racist behavior in front of a young child.

5 /5 Jettsetgirl: Had such a Wonderful experience today 6/8 . Such friendly helpful staff . I would like to especially recognize Judy who made my day. She’s so knowledgeable about every collection ! She checked on Prices, Looked in the stockroom & pulled a few items she didn’t see on the floor based on my taste. This was such a stark difference from my Experience in Kate Spade earlier . I have been loyal to Kate & Have an enviable collection built over 25 years .. I’m switching that Loyalty to Coach truly and solely because of Judee . Brand Loyalty can be built or broken based on 1 experience . You have yourself a top notch employee , I will be back & I will be buying

Alex and Laura did everything they could to find a resolution for me and made it so easy when I had such a difficult time at another store and with customer service on the phone. They genuinely made my day with their efforts trying to help me. Thank you guys so much!! ❤️

5 /5 Jules Rose: I came here to get a gift for my boss , and I have to say , they did not treat me any different than their " regulars " . Now reason I say this is because , its Coach , its a high end store , so most stores like this expect a very type of customer to shop there , and for me I was just wearing my casual clothes and I did not look like I had a ton to spend , but this did not alter the way I was treated ! I got exactly what I was looking for at the budget I was looking for , and the staff was super sweet in the process! They also recommended taking photos in the bag , and sending to my boyfriend . Overall great experience , compared to other high end stores , they made me feel very comfortable. Thank you coach team !
