Joan Introzzi Last week I dropped of a gold and diamond ring for repair, needing two tiny diamonds set into my ring. Jay, the owner was professional and kind and fastidious about cleanliness. He took pictures and measured my ring and told me it would take two weeks. Five days later I got a call that it was ready and the ring that my grandson picked up for me was perfect! Ed Esses Hi everybody so I was taking a walk with my friend just to simply get a battery for my watch for my watches at two watches so I stopped off at a place on 63rd and regal Park. The name of the place is called Simon and Sons. I’m at the Sun I’m the father very very nice people. I asked him if they can fix watches they said yes I said how much is it they said seven dollars apiece. I said fantastic. Please fix my watches, I’ve been around in the neighborhood trying to find places in the past I want to charge $15 for a battery. I thought that was ridiculous. Anyway they charge me seven dollars apiece. I’m very very happy and I have to watch us getting their battery I would recommend stopping in this place and also I get a nice feel like the people here very nice signing off Ezra

Lovely Lynnie Upstairs there are different sections for different types of handmade trinkets and accessories! I saw handmade jewelry, soaps, candles, clothes, and more. Downstairs there were even more variety of shops to look through! Each shop owner I met was so passionate and sweet. There were more curated clothing, jewelry, and accessories there too! For anyone who adores handmade, vintage, and y2k aesthetics, you should definitely visit!

Sharon Hubbard My husband and I do a lot of shopping in the Kay Jewelers in New Hartford, NY. The staff in this store are wonderful!! They are so helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to greet you and make you feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable of the jewelry they sell. I recommend this store to people I know all the time. I wont shop anywhere else for jewelry.

I finally decided to get them fixed up, and Ralph was super helpful. He resized the watches, shined everything beautifully, and was honest about what was worth fixing. Now I get to actually wear my grandmother’s pieces, which feels so special.
