John Esposito I had been shopping around online for a while when I saw the ad from Gold Empire Jewelry. It showed exactly what I was looking for at what seemed to be a much better price, so I called for more information. Johnny, the owner, answered most of my questions and agreed to find out more about things he was unsure of and get back to me, which he did the next day. During our conversations, I learned things I hadn’t known before that might have caused me to make the wrong purchase. Johnny’s knowledge and his honesty relieved whatever hesitation I still had about buying something, sight unseen, from a store on the other side of the country. I felt I could trust him and I was right. From the point of sale to the day of delivery, Johnny handled everything promptly and efficiently, giving me constant updates. The product proved to be everything he described and the appraisal he included assured me that I had made a wise choice. It’s nice to know you got more than your money’s worth, especially when making an expensive purchase. What’s even nicer is knowing you have done business with an honorable person who did his best to make you happy. Shazbo I hadn’t been to this shop before and was looking to treat myself so I popped in. The shop is beautifully set out and very spacious. The seating dotted around makes it very welcoming. I was warmly greeted by Michele. She talked me through some of the beautiful jewellery they have on offer. Michele was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s nice to strike up a rapport with the staff before you make that purchase. They also cleaned my rings for me which was such a lovely gesture. I am looking forward to returning and buying something I had my eye on.
