I brought things to be fixed at Triple S in Portchester, NY and found the owner to be very knowledgable, honest and reasonable. A great source for repairs, jewelry cleaning and to pick up a lovely gift.

I love scrolling through the website, and if I find something that I want, its purchased and shipped within a timely manor! I inquired about some custom earrings and she responded right away, and made them that week even though I know she was so busy with the holiday season. My favorites are my Buffalo Bills earrings made of sterling silver. I have more of a simplistic style when it comes to earrings, and they are PERFECT for everyday wear. Jules Rose I came here to get a gift for my boss , and I have to say , they did not treat me any different than their " regulars " . Now reason I say this is because , its Coach , its a high end store , so most stores like this expect a very type of customer to shop there , and for me I was just wearing my casual clothes and I did not look like I had a ton to spend , but this did not alter the way I was treated ! I got exactly what I was looking for at the budget I was looking for , and the staff was super sweet in the process! They also recommended taking photos in the bag , and sending to my boyfriend . Overall great experience , compared to other high end stores , they made me feel very comfortable. Thank you coach team !
