Cornelia Batu I absolutely loved my experience here! As soon as I walked in Dean greeted me at the door and was very kind in updating me when someone would be able to assist. He had the biggest smile and was extremely kind. I went in looking for the thin version of the lock bracelet and was able to get fitted for it. Victoria helped me with the sizing. There was one more medium left in the store but we couldn’t find it. Mary Beth was kind enough to go searching for the bracelet and found it for me. The overall team effort and attention to detail was amazing. This was the best experience with high end jewelry and Tiffany’s quality never disappoints. This bracelet has a very important meaning to it and I’m glad to have chosen Tiffany’s to represent that. Thank you Dean, Victoria and Mary Beth.

He made me feel completely at ease, handled everything gently and with care, and to my surprise,.there was no charge. I left not only relieved, but genuinely grateful. Later, I returned with that same ring to have it transformed into a custom necklace for myself, that I would someday hand down to my granddaughter. The diamond holds so much sentimental value, and Matt treated it with the respect and craftsmanship it deserved. The result was stunning! Something truly special that can now be passed down. I am deeply thankful for the professionalism, kindness and expertise I received both times. Its rare to find a place that combines skill with such genuine compassion.
