A J David is fabulous and made my entire experience amazing. He took as much time as I needed to work through selling some jewelry as that can be an emotional event. After, he quickly came up with some beautiful designs to use the stones that remained. I absolutely love the rings he designed for me. Jewelry that had been stuffed away, broken or too small has now been transformed. Every day I have beauty and wonderful memories glimmering up at me. I am so thankful for Davids patience and skill. I am thrilled to put these on in the morning. (The picture doesnt really do them justice.) So go and see for yourself. You will walk out grinning.

NY Tech Chief Found this place in The Westchester Mall after shopping for hours in all jewelry stores there and not finding what my wife wanted. We found 3 rings here and bought them all. They were able to size the same day. Will now be my "go-to" jewelers.

Mira I am going to say this, and please read keenly. The store itself has great options but there is one big flaw. That woman who has the pink/rainbow hair, she is going to be the downfall of this store. From her attitude, to her impatience. Maybe she needs sensitivity training or something because the way she treats customers is very disrespectful. You can tell that she doesnt like or want to do her job. Shes never positive. Just attitude filled and overbearing. I feel that if you combat this problem your store might have a chance. She needs to be spoken to or let go expeditiously. Dont be surprised if business declines because of her. Her energy is nasty and draining. I dont think Im coming back to this Rainbow. The one further down has much more positive energy. After having to deal with that rude lady, taking the long walk down to the next Rainbow was WELL worth it.

Paul M Staff is fantastic; inviting, professional, honest and fair. Ive been dealing with Peter, who is very knowledgeable, especially on coins and metals. Whenever I bring in anything unique or unusual he takes the time to help research it. The only place Ill ever buy or sell coins and metals with.

Carol Cody We went in to have a ring cut off, I don’t recall the woman’s name who did that, but she was very nice. We also wanted to look at rings for our anniversary. Another salesperson, Linda helped us find a gorgeous anniversary band and my husband bought it for me. She was very kind and friendly and it made our experience even better.

I had an appointment at the Short Hills location in New Jersey,but I still decided on the Fifth Avenue store because of the excellent service. Arielle was amazing—patient, always smiling, and very professional. She introduced herself right away, offered champagne, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The one-screw bracelet I wanted was out of stock. I could have gone to Soho or another boutique, but Arielle is worth it,I trust her. When she heard I was interested in trying some perfume samples, she offered to mail them to me.It was so thoughtful.I wasn’t concerned about getting perfume samples,but the way she offered them made me feel truly cared for. I’m very happy with her service and will definitely recommend her to anyone who are looking for jewelry. The security staff and receptionist were courteous and welcoming. The only slightly unpleasant part was that the male sales associate who assisted me when picking up seemed unhapy. When my daughter said goodbye as we were leaving, he didn’t respond the first time,she had to repeat it before he finally replied.：）

Donna Young This is the only local jeweler in the Kenmore area. Hofert and Craig’s are now long gone so I wanted to continue to support local. I don’t have a long wait. I brought in jewelry to have an estimate on its worth. I was able to sell my jewelry at cost and it was easy and quick. I found everything to be efficient and friendly.
