5 /5 NY Tech Chief: Found this place in The Westchester Mall after shopping for hours in all jewelry stores there and not finding what my wife wanted. We found 3 rings here and bought them all. They were able to size the same day. Will now be my "go-to" jewelers.

1 /5 Kyle Scirbona: Let me preface this by saying that I am in sales and work solely off commission and customer experience. The previous review is spot on. Not sure what his position is but he is very rude. Has no problem selling you any kind of jewelry, in my case a ring for my wife. But after the sale, where the customer experience really matters, he fails. The ring I purchased was too big for her, so I went back a couple months later with her due to busy schedule because he said he would take care of it for me. He was very rude and disrespectful to her when it came to sizing her finger, now come time for pickup he has the same attitude. She even told him that it was too small for her finger, which it is, and he began to combatively tell her otherwise. I didn’t want to deal with it so I paid the $40 and we left. If you’re a previous customer and you walk in there he is clearly not thrilled to see you. He doesn’t even say hello or welcome in how can I help you today. To have this kind of service in this location surrounded by luxury and top of the line goods is ridiculous . He could even be the owner who knows but if that was me I would be ashamed of myself. Save your money and go somewhere else

1 /5 Salvatore Galbo: Not helpful and would not give me a straight answers when asking about prices. I recommend the kay jewelers upstairs above this shop. They are very nice and take the time to help you learn more about their products and make sure you are taken care of. Ask for Angie she is very nice and welcoming.

1 /5 Being Honest: Walked in the store and the guy addressed us by saying “whats up” in a very ‘what are you doing here’ tone. Im sure if we were a different shade he wouldnt have addressed us with a classless “whats up”. He then said they dont have diamonds and directed us to another store. We came to the mall to spend money on a diamond ring and we gladly did so elsewhere.
