Raquel Burgos Figgy is a one of a kind store. You find so many unique, cute, fun items you can’t find anywhere else. I recently did a Mother & Daughter event there and it was such an experience! We made custom rings! The girls hosting the event were so welcoming, fun and knowledgeable! We also had a mini photo shoot that was so amazing the photographer was so genuine and caring made the experience so special. There is no store like it in Rochester NY ! You have to stop by you won’t be disappointed! My favorite shop in ROC !

Heidi Luna Brought in my wedding ring for repair, as one of small stones had fallen out and needed replacement and the prongs had worn down and it also needed welding and cleaning from 30 years of wear and use.. I was pretty nervous leaving it but was assured it would be safe and I was very pleased with the outstanding service of Matthew James Jewelers and how beautiful my ring turned out!!
