The natural diamonds to choose from were sourced from NYC and brought to Saratoga for my Fiancee to choose from. The experience was educational and personalized based on our needs. He was not pushy nor did he try to sell me any of his merchandise. I dont frequent jewelry stores and I had no desire to purchase any of his merchandise. But I appreciated his candor. Thanks Eddie.

They were honest, easy to talk to, and they followed through with everything they said they were going to do. They gave me the best price out of all the jewelry stores i went to in the diamond district, and they also didn’t pressure me into a sale. They do their work in house too. I selected the diamond and told them the setting that i wanted and they made it happen! So glad i went to Kim’s Fine Jewelry for an engagement ring!

Angie I always go through Diane shes absolutely the best employee there she takes her time getting to know not only you as a person but your likes and dislikes when it comes to jewelry My husband has been going through her for 5 years now I have only been going through her for 2 years but she already knows what kind of jewelry I like what kind of jewelry I dont like the kind of person I am shes a very friendly person and every time I even walk past there she always makes sure to greet me start up a conversation with me she never pushes for sales she always makes sure that you are absolutely set on buying what she is trying to help you get definitely deserves a major promotion anyone that comes here make sure you go through Diane she is an amazing woman and you will not regret getting your next piece of jewelry through her
