5 /5 Tyh Chow: I had a great experience at the Manhasset Rolex. At other Rolex stores, I was always told I needed to be placed on a waiting list, but never received any response or follow-up. At Manhasset, however, Emily was extremely helpful. She took the time to clearly explain the process of obtaining a watch, and I never felt rushed. Emily was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, always replying to my emails promptly. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return for another piece.

5 /5 James Li: It was a great experience at the Manhasset Rolex. They take care of you as a family, seriously. I went to 3 other Rolex stores, and they have a very arrogant attitude, look down on you only because you have never had a Rolex, and ask for the most popular piece as a first-time buyer. But Johanny was being very patient and listened, and guided me through all the pieces I was interested in, and answered all the questions. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely come back for another piece.

Sierra was incredibly patient and spent a lot of time with me, helping me try on several different watches. Her expertise in helping me find the perfect-sized timepiece made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I am super happy that I stopped by at this location. Thanks again! 5 /5 Ranjot Singh: Went to the store with my wife on our anniversary the staff was very helpful and even though it was our first time Angelo G. Really welcomed us and gave us some options and we ended up making 2 purchases with them a bracelet and a watch. He is a really good man made it very easy And comfortable even though he met us for the first time. I would definitely be going back on future occasions to purchase with him. He is very knowledgeable and straight with you about what he can do and what he cannot do, which I appreciate being told upfront.
