Mercedez Griffin I did last-minute Christmas shopping and ordered online for free pick up in the store at Destiny USA. The line was close to being out the door, and as an associate walked by I asked her if there was another line for pick up. She said there wasn’t, but she Was able to help me out to the front counter. There was some difficulty finding one of the orders, but it got figured out. All of the associates seemed really nice and even though it was very busy, none of them seem irritated. Overall is a great experience, and the store manager was very nice.

He took pictures and measured my ring and told me it would take two weeks. Five days later I got a call that it was ready and the ring that my grandson picked up for me was perfect! Christina Broecker Mills is amazing. They created a custom engagement & wedding band for us. I’ve also had them repair older jewelry. Adding lost diamond chips & fixing prongs. They are reasonable & pay close attention to detail. I worked with Brian on my custom set. He was patient with my million ideas. End result is beautiful & we couldn’t be happier. We were even invited to watch the engagement ring be assembled in the store. Turn around, customer service and quality are fantastic. I recommend mills to anyone looking. Superior quality to chain jewelers. Don’t cut corners with something as important as your diamond(s).
