Even though I did not get a new piercing, she still explained everything thoroughly and I will definitely be going there when I do want a new piercing! Jennifer Goldwasser I recently brought a necklace to this small jewelry store, to be replicated.  The place had been highly recommended to me as an alternative to going to the jewelry district.  There was a bit of a mix-up with the item at first, but ultimately, the necklace was reproduced perfectly.  During this whole process, I found Robert and his sister to be professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and honest.  They are good communicators.  I would absolutely use them again in the future, because finding a small business with this kind of integrity and customer service is so unusual, and because the quality of the work was excellent.  Their pricing was very fair.  This is a family business, and while I never had the pleasure of meeting Roberts mother, who founded the business, I can tell that she raised her kids right, and is smiling somewhere in the universe to see them carrying on her legacy so ably and so admirably.  Great work, great ethics--so important when you are trusting someone with your valuable (and sentimentally valuable) jewelry!
