Teddy and Antonella helped me pick out the perfect cross, which is absolutely stunning. The selection of crosses was magnificent, their guidance made it easy. What truly made our visit special was the kindness of Teddy, who not only assisted me but also went above and beyond by gifting my daughter a beautiful pair of earrings and a lovely bracelet. We felt so valued and appreciated during our time there. I will definitely be returning to Oro Puro 2 for all my future jewelry purchases. I returned on 6/1 to do a trade in on a ring I purchased at Zales approx 18 years ago and she went to great lengths to get the authorization from her leaders. She is patient, knowledgeable and has a great personality. She excels at hospitality and is truly an asset to Zales.
