I’ve used Reflections to purchase a tennis bracelet, diamond stud earrings, swap out Cartier watch band, fix a pair of costume jewelry earrings, and a custom cocktail ring repurposing my mom’s marquise diamonds. I couldn’t be happier with every experience. Keith is so nice and accommodating and they are very easy to reach and communicate with ensuring a positive and trustworthy experience.

Nicole Votta Frank was great. I had a bunch of coins not knowing if they were really worth anything. He went over each one and explained what each one was and what it was made of. I was completely satisfied and didnt feel like I was being taken for a fool.

After being told by another jeweler that my necklace was just scrap metal and they attempted to purchase it from me, I decided to give Scherers a call. From the very first conversation, the staff was warm and welcoming. I explained what had happened, and the woman on the phone assured me that she thought it could be fixed. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a gentleman who took a look at the necklace. He mentioned that it was a little tricky but didnt think it would be too big of a job for them. I left the necklace there, and within a few days, I received a call that it was ready for pick-up. When I returned, the same gentleman who assisted me was there. Joey T Amazing customer service. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and honest. They were able to provide me with an appraisal for insurance purposes. If they do not have exactly what you are looking for on hand, they can create it for you to your exact specifications. The building itself is also very nice inside.
