Jules Rose I came here to get a gift for my boss , and I have to say , they did not treat me any different than their " regulars " . Now reason I say this is because , its Coach , its a high end store , so most stores like this expect a very type of customer to shop there , and for me I was just wearing my casual clothes and I did not look like I had a ton to spend , but this did not alter the way I was treated ! I got exactly what I was looking for at the budget I was looking for , and the staff was super sweet in the process! They also recommended taking photos in the bag , and sending to my boyfriend . Overall great experience , compared to other high end stores , they made me feel very comfortable. Thank you coach team !

Their site is really easy to navigate, which made choosing my diamond and setting so simple. The rings quality was outstanding, and the customer service was excellent. I loved my engagement ring so much that I choose to get my wedding band from them. They had great choices, and delivery was quick. Plus, the packaging itself is really nice, professional, and very discreet.

Don s Customer at this store is what you would expect from a high end store. Offered cold bottle water, made you feel welcome and comfortable when shopping. Sales lady that help us was very friendly. Was buying a coach shirt and had an area to try the shirt on. Coach shirt are not cheap and T shirts are well over 100 dollars but then again its coach so dont expect things to be cheap.. you pay for what you get...they had some really nice items my wife ended up getting and loves everyone of them.. I did get some points from her for that

After being told by another jeweler that my necklace was just scrap metal and they attempted to purchase it from me, I decided to give Scherers a call. From the very first conversation, the staff was warm and welcoming. I explained what had happened, and the woman on the phone assured me that she thought it could be fixed. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a gentleman who took a look at the necklace. He mentioned that it was a little tricky but didnt think it would be too big of a job for them.
