The woman who helped us was kind and professional, and we immediately felt comfortable having it repaired there. It was fixed and cleaned within one day. The man who helped us when we picked it up was also quick and professional. We would definitely return and recommend them to others. 10/10 experience.

Jose Santos I recommend you coming here I just bought a silver chain and pendant on Father’s Day . Unfortunately to my surprise the stone already fell out of the cross. Here I am here five days later feeling ripped off I go in there he’s completely understanding and helps me find different pieces I can have to exchange . He worked with me and I ended up with a sterling silver bracelet and a stainless steel chain. For the same price of cross and the stainless steel piece is heavy and shines bright. Danny Romhen Was driving past and saw the gorgeous Rolex sign on Richmond! Decided to stop in and take a peak at the extensive inventory of beautiful watches! We were greeted at the door and walked about by the doorman who made us feel extremely welcome. Got a chance to grab a couple delicious coffees and then Samantha took us through the gorgeous Rolex models they had on display.
