Brittany Ballish Lucio and Laura are absolutely amazing! My husband and I used them for our engagement, wedding rings and wedding earrings and Battisti went above and beyond anything we could have expected. Both my husband and I had some particular thoughts in mind yet we were unsure of how to convey these ideas exactly at first. Both Lucio and Laura were so patient and worked closely with us to design such beautiful pieces that were beyond anything we had imagined or originally hoped for. This is custom jewelry with excellent client service and care at it’s finest. Battisti’s has been a family jeweler on my husband’s side for a while and even though we live in Phoenix now, we can honestly say we’ll never use anyone else.

Sun Sun I lost my bracelet and was so depressed for days. I’ve been looking around jewelry stores to look for the same or look similar to my bracelet but cant find it. Chitra Prettypaul Once you enter you are surrounded by a plexy barrier. I was looking for earrings that wont fall out and this is the place. Other high end establishments did not have what I was looking for. My concern was that I did not want something that would be thin and bend or fallout. I also didnt want something too big that would loos Rd inappropriate for a 4yrs girl.Excellent quality and it meets my expectations.

Bill and Rachel run such a wonderful and professional business with exquisite, unique, and original pieces regardless of your budget. My husband purchased my engagement ring here, it was everything I could have wanted and more! We also purchased our wedding bands from Diamond cutters. When my best friend was getting engaged we took him to see Rachel and needless to say SHE was extremely happy with the results. When we are out we constantly receive compliments. Now this part is why they are ABOVE AND BEYOND… I have a gold colored heart music box with velvet inside that was the only possession I received from my grandmother’s belongings, that I keep my rings in and when I was dusting the cloth got stuck on the bow and fell subsequently resulted in the hinges broken off completely. I called instrument repair places, music box repair places, over 7 different places all in which told me they couldn’t fix it. The last place told me to try a jewelry store. I called Rachel immediately and she said I could bring it in! She said she couldn’t make any promises but her guys would try their best! Needless to say what I picked up was amazing. New hinges, they even were able to get the bow back on. Now this was extremely difficult because the music box isn’t gold or silver or a strong metal but again more sentimental value! I cried in the store because of how wonderful of a job they did! No one handles business better than Bill and Rachel!
