She walked us all through the process, offered snacks and beverages and was patient with everyone while they chose their jewelry. I would definitely book with her again!

keith odell I purchased my wifes engagement ring from Doerrer jewelers 10 years ago and received excellent service back then. We recently purchased a 3ct amora diamond for my wife and had some very crappy service when trying to get it set from other jewlers. So..... we decided to pack the kids up and visit Donna. Kir If any shop deserves a BIG 5 star review its Jasons!! I dropped by on a whim looking for wedding bands for myself. He has a great selection at great prices! I loved the first one I put on, although it was several sizes too small. Jason was attentive, gave feedback, and was so accommodating - he is able to resize in ONE day. I went home and told my fiancé exactly where to go and what to get. Unfortunately, we were moving from NYC to CA that week and he never made it to Jasons. I went to several stores in CA trying to find something, but nothing compared to the ring from Jasons. Nervous with my big day approaching, I called Jason to see if he could overnight the ring to CA. He answered right away, got the ring resized and shipped the next day!! It was received with plenty of time in perfect sparkly condition. Jason, thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping fulfill my wedding dreams. I will always love this wedding band story!
