In less than 2 weeks, he was able to not just source an incredible diamond, but also a specialty jeweler with a niche ability to create this custom piece and have it shipped halfway across the country (From NY to TX) in such a short window. ASK Design Jewelers team was also able to put us in contact with a local person here in TX who was a trusted contact of theirs to assist us with local trusted repairs and sizing. Thank you again! 5 /5 Rick Hassett: I inherited a watch with a bracelet that was too big. I thought about removing a link myself but didn’t want to damage it so I brought it to Kyle at Ask Design Jewelers. The employees there were very friendly. Kyle removed a link and helped me get the right fit. He told me to wear it around for a while and come back if any adjustments were necessary, since the size of a wrist can fluctuate. After a few weeks I decided it was a bit loose and went back in. Kyle made the adjustment that was needed and had me on my way in only a few minutes. It’s nice to have a local family business that cares about its customers. Kyle and his employees are extremely professional and upbeat. Ask has a great showroom too. I would highly recommend them.

As a memory, I wanted to replace the stone with her birthstone and present it to her mother. It is an understatement to tell you ASK knocked it out of the park! Blue topaz is a light-colored stone, but I wanted something that would pop. Enter London Blue Topaz. Drool-worthy stone!! I immediately knew it would be perfect. Thank you for playing such a significant role in a core memory that will last a lifetime. This is the 2nd custom piece they have done for me, and each time I am over the moon excited when I see the results!
