I returned on 6/1 to do a trade in on a ring I purchased at Zales approx 18 years ago and she went to great lengths to get the authorization from her leaders. Karoline Fischer I had the best experience. I wanted to have some custom jewelry out of one of my son’s baby teeth and I came to Martin Busch as it’s close to where I live and it had great reviews. I have been taken care of by Eva so wonderfully there. I explained what I wanted. They sent me a draft, I gave more directions and the draft was perfected. The piece came out exactly like the draft, it’s heavenly. I got a very thin chain for the piece that I broke. I told Eva, and she said they would fix it for free. I can’t wait to get more jewelry from there.

Joan Introzzi Last week I dropped of a gold and diamond ring for repair, needing two tiny diamonds set into my ring. Jay, the owner was professional and kind and fastidious about cleanliness. He took pictures and measured my ring and told me it would take two weeks. Five days later I got a call that it was ready and the ring that my grandson picked up for me was perfect! M O Great options however the following around the store in crazy and the pushy nature of it, it’s almost like they have you on a timer where there isn’t even time to look at options.

Jennifer Goldwasser I recently brought a necklace to this small jewelry store, to be replicated.  The place had been highly recommended to me as an alternative to going to the jewelry district.  There was a bit of a mix-up with the item at first, but ultimately, the necklace was reproduced perfectly.  During this whole process, I found Robert and his sister to be professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and honest.  They are good communicators.  I would absolutely use them again in the future, because finding a small business with this kind of integrity and customer service is so unusual, and because the quality of the work was excellent.  Their pricing was very fair.  This is a family business, and while I never had the pleasure of meeting Roberts mother, who founded the business, I can tell that she raised her kids right, and is smiling somewhere in the universe to see them carrying on her legacy so ably and so admirably.  Great work, great ethics--so important when you are trusting someone with your valuable (and sentimentally valuable) jewelry!

Ally Smith THE place to go for all your jewelry repairs and maintenence. I had a loose stone in my 20+ year old engagement ring. It was tightened as well as the other 2 stones and cleaned and polished! Looks like day i got it over 20 years ago. And all done while my hubby waited. Thank you!
