I had a very specific vision of what I wanted, with many ideas and reference pictures of different elements and she magically brought it all together and breathed life into it! Everyday I look down and admire it. Todd is also great to work with, he is so kind and welcoming every time I pop into the shop. I felt so taken care of and in great hands throughout the entire process. Lauren also created our wedding bands a year later! Thank you King and Curated for creating something so beautiful and special for us. I look forward to the chance to create something else together in the future :)

Simply because he was with me when I went to do bussiness with him. c s LVII is a gem and Lauren & Juan are a dream duo. I worked with them for a custom design wedding band to compliment a family engagement ring, as well as for a second option ring to pair with the band in a lower setting. The process was easy and clear and they really took time with me to understand what I was hoping for with each ring. I cannot recommend them enough for any jeweler needs. I’ll certainly be back to them with future ideas.

Dolly was phenomenal, she guided me and my fiancé through every step of the process. We brought in my fiancée’s grandmother’s diamond ring, hoping to rework it into something uniquely hers. Magnolia brought our vision to life, sharing detailed CAD designs before crafting a flawless final piece that exceeded our expectations. Their in-house team completed everything in under a month, and the pricing was more than fair for such exceptional craftsmanship. Highly recommend Magnolia for any jewelry needs.

James Pusateri I haven’t had much experience with jewelers until recently. I bought my fiancés engagement ring through a custom ring designer and purchased a warranty to cover pretty much anything. When a couple of the prongs on her ring bent, I submitted a claim and the warranty company told me to go to any jeweler for a repair. We walked into Jered Jewelers in consumer square on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst, NY. We were greeted by one of the top three customer service people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting - Neil Gablenz. He greeted us and made us feel right at home, during what was a stressful time - having brought a very important piece of jewelry in to be repaired. He assured us that we were in good hands, and he was absolutely right. We left the ring and were told it would be ready in about a week. Not even five days later, Neil called and told us it was ready to be picked up. We came back to pick up the ring, and met with Neil again. Still charming, still friendly, so it wasn’t just a one off day that we met him and were absolutely pleased with his customer service oriented mentality. He is the real deal. The repair was perfect. We were so happy with it that we decided to pick out our wedding bands right there in the store. Neil spent a good hour with us as we looked over what felt like every ring in the store. We decided on exactly what we wanted and placed our order. These were being made to order so we were told they’d be ready on August 6. We received a call from Neil on August 3 that they were ready (three days early) so we went in to get them. The rings were as beautiful as we’d hoped and Neil was right there with us as we tried them on - and he shared in our excitement. Great job all around from customer service to quality of the jewelry itself. We are fans of Jered and it’s largely due to Neil as the face of your company that we first met, enjoyed seeing again, and look forward to seeing when we come back for future jewelry needs! I know this is supposed to be a review about Jered Jewelers, and I may have made it a bit of a review about Neil, but as long as he works there - the two go hand in hand to me. 100/10 highly recommend! Customers for life.
