Ryan Swisher They worked with me to design a setting for a white sapphire engagement ring that was exactly what my fiancé was looking for! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff, so nice to have the person you speak to at the counter be the one who designs and casts your ring.

Jill Waldmann I went in a day before my Dad’s 84th Birthday, looking to have his chain extended. I was given options at an affordable price. I told them I know it was late notice and certainly did not expect it by his birthday tomorrow .I was asked me to bring in the cross that he wears on the chain. The chain and cross were cleaned along with a nice gift bag! I was thrilled! Lastly, I received a call to pick up today. The same day! I was very appreciative and it brought a smile to my Dad’s face!❤️

Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!

I couldnt help but notice the upscale, modern and luxurious ambiance. The store had a variety of gourgous one of a kind jewelry, home gifts, and clothing at surprisingly affordable price ranges. From affordable well crafted, unique fashion jewelry to gourgous traditional gems and diamond pieces, The Goldsmith offers something for everyone. The best part was I was able to leave with two beautiful and unique pieces of jewelry while spending less than one hundred dollars. It is no wonder why I cant wait to go back!

Emanuela Scollo My now fiancee and I came here for our engagement rings. We had the most amazing shopping experience with Peter Sr. and the whole staff! As a lesbian couple we were nervous about ring shopping in general, but everyone at Ben Garelick made us feel so welcome and at home. Peter made us feel very comfortable and explained the first visit should be for trying on rings only so we could have an idea of what we liked. We didnt feel at all pressured to buy that day, and didnt purchase our rings until our second visit in the store. We both got exactly what we wanted and the rings fit our budget perfectly, and we are so happy with how the shopping and buying experience was. Our rings are absolutely beautiful and so perfectly US.
