Dorothy the owner and the two ladies that helped me, named Kelly and Gina are all very nice and Im so glad I went with them to fix my watch. Its an old, very good watch that was my Aunts, and was handed down to me in the family when my Aunt passed away. Im so glad I had it repaired because its a very good watch, but also its a memory of my Aunt and now I can wear it since it works again since Dorothys repaired it.

Jeff Crook David and his team customized this engagement ring for us, and brought our idea to life. David was patient, and provided a low pressure and comforting environment throughout the process. He helped us turn our idea into reality. He was communicative by providing updates and asking for feedback about the ring while it was being created. I cannot recommend R&R and David enough! The jeweler here is so knowledgeable on metals, gems, and structures of jewelry to the point where he gives us a little tidbit on whatever piece we bring in to alter or repair.-- this is helpful when your millennial husband purchases all your gifts online! He resized a diamond ring within a day! Granted it depends on the type and style, but the Jeweler was exceptional in accommodating our unreasonable timeline. I feel more comfortable coming back each time! Ugh, I should have started tipping him sooner!
