Mercedez Griffin I did last-minute Christmas shopping and ordered online for free pick up in the store at Destiny USA. The line was close to being out the door, and as an associate walked by I asked her if there was another line for pick up. She said there wasn’t, but she Was able to help me out to the front counter. There was some difficulty finding one of the orders, but it got figured out. All of the associates seemed really nice and even though it was very busy, none of them seem irritated. Overall is a great experience, and the store manager was very nice.

In less than 2 weeks, he was able to not just source an incredible diamond, but also a specialty jeweler with a niche ability to create this custom piece and have it shipped halfway across the country (From NY to TX) in such a short window. Jennifer Morris I came over the weekend to get my engagement ring sized and my watch looked at. They were so informative, helpful and professional. They told me to send my watch back to Rolex would cost a fortune and take forever, and informed us how they could fix it for way less. They also made my ring fit perfectly, and look better than it did when it was brand new. They send videos and photos that they took of the finished product. Really amazing. We’ll definitely be coming back here for our wedding bands and all other jewelry needs!
