1 /5 Saha Roham: I purchased a ruby ring here and was told it would be ready in two days after resizing. When I returned, I was informed it would take longer, and after several delays I had to keep following up myself. When I asked about a refund, the manager called me and spoke in a very unprofessional and rude manner. Even when I finally picked up the ring, it wasn’t presented properly until I requested a box. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I will not be returning and would not recommend this store.

1 /5 Jamie Salvatore: I purchased a diamond ring, and 8 days later it was missing a diamond. They wouldn’t allow me to return it even though it clearly is a faulty ring. Trash store. Would never purchase from here again. Ever. Do not recommend. Apparently I cannot respond to Joseph Jacob Jewelers response, so I will update my post. If you truly feel bad for the service I received, I will happily still return the product and accept a refund. The ring is sitting in a box unused. Otherwise, your words are a hollow sentiment with no solution based response. I would update my rating to reflect the solution.

1 /5 Kelly Hennessy: I will never return to this store. My fiancee unfortunately purchased my engagement ring from this place for the band of the ring to snap not even three days later. We then purchased our wedding bands through them because my fiancee insisted. The person I just encountered when I picked up my fiancees band was beyond rude. I handed him my receipt and he actually had the audacity to ask if I had a balance. When I looked at him dumbfounded and asked how could I have a balance if I just handed you the receipt as proof of purchase. No apology or anything just threw my fiancees ring up on the counter in a plastic bag. The joke of a man didnt even have the decency to put it in a box after I spent my money on not one but THREE rings. Avoid this place. Completely unprofessional.
