5 /5 Bauble Love: This is my second visit with Aurem Jewelers (each trip with multiple pieces) and I have nothing but praise for this local, longtime neighborhood jeweler. The main service this time around was my engagement ring upgrade. It had become too large after weight loss and Aurem’s bench did a superb job re-sizing it, keeping the engraving and hallmarks intact, and sizing it down without sacrificing the band’s integrity or the shape of the ring. I’m so pleased with their service, communication, and quick turnaround. Paul, Billy, and Vanya are absolute pleasures to work with. I’m looking forward to creating a custom piece with them in the future. ~ Marie Z.

5 /5 Jamie S: I recently brought my ring in for repairs and gemstone replacement and I couldnt be happier with the results! The craftsmanship was flawless. The ring looks brand new and the gemstones are set beautifully. You cant tell what gemstones were even replaced! I was incredibly nervous to take the ring anywhere as it is fairly old but I am really glad I came here. The store itself is gorgeous, with a warm and inviting atmosphere and a stunning selection of unique jewelry that you wont find anywhere else. The staff (I apologize in advance as I am terrible with names) made the experience better! I called with questions the first time and they were able to answer everything. The owner kept me in the loop throughout the process, calling me with updates. They are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Its clear that they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you are looking for beautiful jewelry or any kind of jewelry repair, this is the place to go! If I ever have any future repairs, I will be back. Thank you for everything!

5 /5 Vanya: Had to have both my wedding and engagement ring sized significantly and was concerned about how it would affect the settings and shape, Paul was able to take it up 3 sizes and leave it looking beautiful! So happy to be able to wear my rings again :)

5 /5 alison slein: I had a wonderful experience at Aurum Jewelers! They sized an old family ring, three sizes smaller, and now it’s a perfect fit. They polished and removed all of the scratches so that my 60-year-old ring is like new. The service was also very fast. I highly recommend Aurum!
