The standout experience, by far, was at Brilliant Earth in Roosevelt Field Mall, thanks to Michelle Wong. From the moment I walked in, Michelle’s warm welcome and genuine interest in helping me were apparent. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed – not just the style, but also the crucial timing for our vacation. Her deep knowledge and expert advice were key in helping me find the one. The ring is absolutely perfect, and my fiancée loves it! Michelle made the whole process easy and stress-free, asking the right questions and providing patient support. For anyone looking for an engagement ring, I cant recommend Michelle Wong and Brilliant Earth enough. Her customer service was truly second to none, and were so grateful. When we met with Michelle we were comfortable speaking to her, she was extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful in ordering rings to the store so we could view them.
