1 /5 Stephen Gusenfitter: I visited the store today as I purchased earrings for my mother online and we wanted to return or exchange them. Lovely Leila refused to be of assistance, we weren’t sure the return/exchange policy so we were hoping for some help. She told us to go online and look to see if they could be returned, wouldn’t look at our order and didn’t care to really give any guidance except for telling us to look into our order information. Will never go back to them again, happily stick to using online shopping.

5 /5 Heather: I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!
