The person at the counter was knowledgeable and friendly and brought the piece to the jeweler for initial assessment. I was provided a description of the manufacturing problem that led to the diamond being lost, the work they would perform, warranty information on their work, and a fair price for the diamond and repair efforts. The piece was ready as advertised and was beautifully repaired. My wife was happy, that is what matters to me. I recommend Northeastern for your jewelry needs.
