Marcos Carreno I have nothing but the best to say about this jewelry shop! I have went in a few times to purchase items for my wife and have found beautiful jewelry at a very affordable price. The owner Mike was able to make my wife’s dream wedding ring, sized with specific diamonds and literally the best customer service anyone could ask for. If you are looking for something special for a loved one . No need to look any further stop in because you will not be disappointed. I will be returning to Monarch jewelers year after year for every occasion. 10/10

Alexandra Arizmendi This has been thus far the most outrageous customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never written down a review but this experience was so horrible I had to let my fellow pandora lovers know. First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said “someone else will help you”. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me “which one are you going to buy?” but with such an attitude. I had decided to simply walk out because I did not want to shop in a hostile environment like this. Pandora needs to double check on its employees. I will never come back to this location.

Sharon Hubbard My husband and I do a lot of shopping in the Kay Jewelers in New Hartford, NY. The staff in this store are wonderful!! They are so helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to greet you and make you feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable of the jewelry they sell. I recommend this store to people I know all the time. I wont shop anywhere else for jewelry.

Jeffrey Correa I absolutely love this store and its amazing owner Sandra. Ive bought jewelry here and had things repaired. The selection is incredible for such an intimate space. You can really find so much, either for yourself or a gift for someone special. Sandra is a exceptionally talented jewelry designer. And honestly the customer service is 10/10. They just really care and are all about bringing people joy and helping you find something that is really going to make you happy. Were so lucky to have them right around the corner.

Angelo Sciarappa I was able to get my fiancés engagement ring from Karen and it was breathtaking to say the least. The compliments haven’t stopped coming and it’s been a full month LOL. Joan Introzzi Last week I dropped of a gold and diamond ring for repair, needing two tiny diamonds set into my ring. Jay, the owner was professional and kind and fastidious about cleanliness. He took pictures and measured my ring and told me it would take two weeks. Five days later I got a call that it was ready and the ring that my grandson picked up for me was perfect! Not only repaired, but shined up and looking absolutely new and gorgeous. I highly recommend this shop on Garth Road. Joan Introzzi
