Athena Rain Romano I went there to have an engagement & wedding ring sized yesterday, and I was blown away by how kind the owners were to me. It is rare to find an honest jewelry store. I went in there for something simple and I was treated like I was making a huge purchase. They didn’t care about the money they just wanted to do the right thing by me, and they did. I will now buy every piece of jewelry here for the rest of time. I never write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience I had to share. I’ll be back next week to buy my future sister in law a gift. This is a family business with amazing, integrity filled people running it. Love them.

K S Not only have I loved Laura’s designs since I first found her shop in the 90s in Manhattan, I visit her beautiful Rochester store often just to buy her latest pieces and I’ve never once been disappointed. Laura has amazing taste and continues to create gorgeous, high quality bracelets, necklaces and earrings and I’m constantly asking for more because I’ve given all of my purchases out as gifts. Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!
