K S Not only have I loved Laura’s designs since I first found her shop in the 90s in Manhattan, I visit her beautiful Rochester store often just to buy her latest pieces and I’ve never once been disappointed. Laura has amazing taste and continues to create gorgeous, high quality bracelets, necklaces and earrings and I’m constantly asking for more because I’ve given all of my purchases out as gifts. Cassandra D I had to get my watch repaired and I decided to go with Dorothys Fine Jewelry to get it repaired. I had a very positive experience with them. Dorothy the owner and the two ladies that helped me, named Kelly and Gina are all very nice and Im so glad I went with them to fix my watch. Its an old, very good watch that was my Aunts, and was handed down to me in the family when my Aunt passed away. Im so glad I had it repaired because its a very good watch, but also its a memory of my Aunt and now I can wear it since it works again since Dorothys repaired it.

keudy deoleo Worst customer service, they don’t care if they sell or not because I guess this business is family owned. Every time I go the lady always has an attitude as if she doesn’t care if you buy or not. Also they are really expensive for stuff that isn’t quality. They are never open on time so don’t waste your time showing up whatever time is posted.
