The first was done all over the phone early in the pandemic, which was a bit scary. I bought a platinum eternity band and remember Mr. Israel saying "I want to earn your trust, this is what Im going to do....". A few weeks later, IDJ delivered the most spectacular ring just in time for our 25th Anniversary trip. They earned my trust then, so were my obvious choice when visiting NYC last month for another purchase. Thanks again!

Danielle Zaput Great experience all around! My diamond had fallen out of my engagement ring (scary!). Met with Rich initially to fix my bent prong, but ultimately decided to have the ring re-set, keeping the original band but getting new prongs. My ring was ready earlier than expected and I love it! Will definitely come back for any jewelry repairs! My only regret is not having my ring designed here in the first place!
