I have had to leave it with relatives so it can get fixed but every time I got it back it was worst than before. It happens that I was shopping for a gift for my son when I stumbled to MANDATI JEWELERS. Gave FAIZ a try trusted them with my ring and… the problem was history… THEIR expert to repair the ring AHSIF(I’m sorry if I butchered your name) worked his magic. I couldn’t have found a better jewelers to fix my ring and engrave my son’s bracelet… would recommend. Worth every dime. Gregory Dias I was referred to Drue by my fiances father, who had shopped at Drue Sanders for many years while living in Albany. I had a pendant from her mother that I wanted to repurpose the stones from, and I figured the only place to go was Drue Sanders, where the pendant was originally designed. I started my conversation with the jewelry shop via telephone, speaking with Shauna who listened to my questions and ideas and then started a file for me. Then I had an in person consultation with Drue at the store. She took my loose ideas on how to repurpose the stones from the original pendant and sketched several options. I wanted the new pendant to be similar in its design aspects to my fiances engagement ring, and Drue was able to capture those elements perfectly into the new piece. As we iterated on the design, we arrived at the perfect piece. After I left the store, Drue kept me up to date on the progress of the piece via email, and notified me when she had put it in the mail. I presented the piece to my fiance on a vacation trip and she loved it; She felt that it was a perfect match to her ring. I had the piece designed for our wedding day, but I know that this piece will become a staple in her jewelry collection for the rest of time. Ratna Payel80 What a wonderful vibe this jewelry store has. As an islander I always try to give money to my local business before go to the big ones. And I am so glad I end up coming here. Customer service is always excellent, a lot of time my experience in the island with local businesses isn’t good, so this was breath of fresh air. Every time I step into this place the respect they showed me is commendable. Now let’s talk about what I ended up getting. As a Muslim a groom cant wear gold or silver wedding rings, so I had to find a stainless steel one for the groom . They also did custom engraving & it looked beautiful. I will try to post pictures later . Thank you so much all the hard work you guys do , we all appreciate your efforts.

D Shana has great unique jewelry of her own design. Unfortunately, we found during last years Winter walk, that she no longer has a store on Warren St. We did see her booth at the Basilica Farm and Flea during the holidays.

Carol Cody We went in to have a ring cut off, I don’t recall the woman’s name who did that, but she was very nice. We also wanted to look at rings for our anniversary. Another salesperson, Linda helped us find a gorgeous anniversary band and my husband bought it for me. She was very kind and friendly and it made our experience even better.

Luke Irwin I brought my mechanical Stuhrling watch in to replace a damaged crystal. The repair was perfect and was quicker than I imagined. The cost was very reasonable. Im very happy with this place.

A Belk Vanessa is the sweetest employee I have ever encountered at a retail store! She was so friendly and helpful, going out of her way to offer assistance to everyone shopping. She was very patient as I tried on a lot of clothes, swapping sizes for me and putting things back. She was super kind and a pleasure to have a conversation with as she was ringing me up. She definitely made a wonderful impression and Francesca’s should consider themselves lucky to have her. I’m writing this review about 2 months later but I kept her name saved, so if she’s still working there then she deserves a promotion or a raise!
